1. Service
Roughdraft Studio provides listing-presentation services for vacation-rental owners, managers, and their authorized marketing partners. An order includes only the deliverables, property, price, revision allowance, and timing stated on its private quote. Public site descriptions do not expand an accepted quote.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the property. You confirm that you may provide each source file, request the edits, approve listing copy, and authorize any permitted virtual staging. Roughdraft may reject or pause work when authority or source rights are unclear.
3. Property fidelity
Roughdraft will not knowingly invent or materially change room geometry, permanent features, views, windows, fixtures, amenities, defects, or occupied-room furnishings. Virtual staging is limited to approved empty rooms and must remain clearly labeled. You must review final assets and listing claims before publication.
4. Quotes, founding rate, and payment
Quotes are private, property-specific, and expire on the date shown. The $750 founding rate applies only to the first three successfully completed, non-refunded founding orders. The standard package is $950. Payment does not authorize work when rights confirmation or capacity reservation is missing. Stripe's verified webhook record—not the browser return page—is payment authority.
5. Delivery and revisions
Timing begins only after payment, source approval, rights confirmation, and capacity reservation. The package includes one focused revision round submitted within seven calendar days of first delivery. New source images, changed direction, added rooms, or added deliverables require a new quote.
6. Customer review and publication
You are responsible for confirming that delivered assets and copy accurately represent the property and comply with the rules of each listing platform. Roughdraft does not publish to a listing account unless a later written agreement explicitly adds that service.
7. Results
Roughdraft does not guarantee bookings, ranking, revenue, occupancy, conversion rate, or platform approval. The service improves presentation under the accepted scope; market outcomes depend on pricing, reviews, location, demand, operations, and other factors outside Roughdraft's control.
8. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of source materials you own. After full payment, you receive the usage rights stated on the accepted quote for approved final deliverables. Roughdraft keeps its tools, workflows, templates, and pre-existing materials. Private previews, watermarks, and rejected drafts are not licensed for use.
9. Cancellation and refunds
The Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms. Roughdraft may cancel and refund an order when it cannot verify rights, capacity, safety, or fit.
10. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Service emails concern your request, quote, payment, production, or delivery. Marketing email includes an opt-out path. Roughdraft does not require a phone call.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to misrepresent a property, hide a material defect, fabricate an amenity, infringe another person's rights, evade a platform rule, or conduct unlawful activity.
12. Changes and contact
